Opening day, Friday nights and you taking charge of the Red Sox. Here's what we've been up to:

    THE RED SOX - CONTROLLED BY YOU!
The 2009 season is only a few days away, so it's time for us to start using our group energies to help the Sox win. It's simple and fun. Here's how.

When? - Every Friday night at 7pm EDT, for five minutes
What? - You and your friends send out positive vibes for the Sox
How? - Focus on spreading positive emotions like appreciation and joy
Why? - Because distant energy effects ballplayers, silly. That's been the main finding of our work, and now we want to put our research into action.

For now the most important thing you can do is TELL YOUR FRIENDS to:

  2. Become a friend on our Joy Of Sox Movie FaceBook Page

  4. Especially important, Follow our Joy Of Sox Movie Twitter Feed

If everyone who is now on our mailing list gets just 1 new person to sign up at our website and join the experiment we'll be starting a tidal wave that can engulf all of Red Sox Nation.

You may have noticed above that we have a twitter news feed. Twitter is a great way to keep up with the nuts and bolts of the documentary. JOS Producer, Karen Webb's short film, Is He Real or Not?, has been chosen as an official selection in the 2009 Boston International Film Festival. Is He Real or Not? will screen on Sunday, April 19th, at 3:30 pm (session 10) at the AMC Loews Theater, 175 Tremont Street (Boston Common) in Boston.
